Another celebrity couple bites the dust, and we didn't feel it coming.
Selena Gomez and The Weeknd (née Abel Tesfaye) have called it quits according to People.
The two had been dating since January 2017, when a photo of them canoodling outside of a restaurant surfaced. Throughout their relationship, they made several public appearances together, including the 2017 Met Gala.

“She and Abel have been going back and forth for a few months about their relationship,” People's unnamed source explained. “It’s been hard with him being on tour and her shooting in New York. That wasn’t easy on them.”
The news comes after Gomez was spotted with ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber on Sunday. The two were seen eating breakfast together and heading to church.
Naturally, that coincidental nature of their meeting and news of the breakup have fans going crazy on Twitter.
