Russell Crowe gets annoyed with all those LinkedIn requests, too
Celebrities are just like us! They get annoyed with LinkedIn emails, too.
Don't believe us? Just ask Russell Crowe, the actor known for his roles in L.A. Confidential,Gladiator, A Beautiful Mind, and a bunch of other popular stuff.

But that doesn't stop LinkedIn from sending him an overwhelming amount of requests.
On Friday, a fed-up Crowe tweeted about his relatable LinkedIn frustration, writing, "There definitely should be a piss off option for LinkedIn requests." BURN.

At first, the phrasing confused Crowe's followers a bit, and all anyone could wonder was why on earth ~the~ Russell Crowe would need to use LinkedIn.

A simple LinkedIn search revealed there are 765 results for "Russell Crowe profiles," though the first result led to a disabled profile, and the others seemed to be incomplete or belong to non-actors who simply share the star's name.

Credit: screengrab//linkedin But Crowe further addressed his frustration in a later tweet, in which he seemed to clarify he does not actually have a LinkedIn profile, he simply gets email requests to start using the platform.
Twitter user @plidsi tweeted, "I am not even at LinkedIn and still get requests and reminders," to which Crowe replied, "This is my point."

So Russell Crowe, if you're reading this, here's some information on how to stop getting invitations to join LinkedIn. And LinkedIn, if you're out there, could you maybe give Russell Crowe (and the rest of us) a break from all the spam? Thanks.
