The Vitamix Explorian blender is an incredibly versatile kitchen appliance, ready to help you create everything from smoothies to hot soups to fresh salsa. The blender has three program settings for smoothies, hot soup, and frozen desserts. You can also use the blender in a manual mode, selecting a speed on the dial between 1 and 10.
