Buckle up, Chrissy Teigen stans, because we're about to take you on a wild ride involving a fake baby, a total stranger, and a valuable lesson in pedestrian safety.
On Tuesday morning, the model logged onto Twitter to reply to a fan sharing a curious photograph of her and an unknown man in the middle of a New York City street.

Though the world still had essentially zero context surrounding this image, after another Twitter user labelled the man who appeared to be invading Chrissy's personal space "a creeper," she said he was in fact a hero.
"Nah he actually saved me from getting run over by a cyclist. I should have looked before stepping out," she tweeted.

A photographer was able to capture the exact moment this man saved not only one of our greatest Twitter Treasures from being hit by a bike, but also her unborn child. We are all very thankful for your act of kindness, mystery dude.
Stay safe, everyone, and please remember this story every time you go to cross a street for the rest of time.
