i-Creamy, a gelato store in Sydney, Australia, is seeing locals and tourists alike lose their collective minds over the adorable treats.

People clearly can't get enough of the sugary spirals, sharing their joy with Instagram fiends in Sydney and beyond.

According to the brand's website, they've already sold a whopping 1,500 gelato flowers -- and it's not hard to see why, considering their 24 different flavours rotate daily. #GottaTryThemAll.
The treats are painstakingly constructed, Pat said. "We sculpt each flower petal by petal. Each flower gelato contains about 20 petals."
