The mother of all Samsung leaks just hit the internet in form of an official teaser video for upcoming devices. The video, uploaded by Samsung Vietnam according to XDA Developers, shows a foldable phone, a bezel-less, notch-less phone, and a new tablet -- among other gadgets.
But upon closer inspection, it's possible that the video isn't all that new, and that it's merely showing concept devices, which will probably be quite a bit different from the actual phones Samsung is launching on Feb. 20.
The original video was quickly removed but it was re-uploaded by SlashLeaks; check it out below.
SEE ALSO: Samsung's Galaxy S10 will probably be very expensiveFirst, the good stuff. The video and the devices it shows are very cool. The foldable phone, making an appearance at 0:24 in the video, seems to have a foldable inner screen and another screen on the outside, tiny bezels and a very thin form factor. It looks like a better, sleeker version of the prototype Samsung had shown in November, which is pretty much what we'd expect the company to launch.
Many more cool gadgets are featured in the video. The super-thin, near-bezel-less tablet at 0:18 is dreamy, and the gaming phone at 0:37 appears to be all screen, without bezels or notches.
But when you see the gigantic three-screened personal tailor (0:10) and the robotic tattooing arm (0:20), you'll realize that this video is all about concept devices -- stuff that Samsung engineers may be dreaming up somewhere, but also stuff that's likely not launching anytime soon.
Furthermore, the phones we do recognize in the video are older Samsung models, the Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy Note 9. If this was the official announcement video for Samsung's foldable phone, it would likely feature the new S10 devices as well.
So yes: The video is definitely interesting, and it does offer a glimpse into Samsung's potential future products, but does it really show the Galaxy F? We'll find out in three weeks.
